OUT OF YOUR HEAD AND INTO YOUR BODY Click on image for further information and to BOOK NOW
The Church Hall, Dyffryn Ardudwy, Gwynedd - Saturday 5th October 2024 - 11am = 1pm £25 including light refreshments
At times instead of being present in the moment and mindful about our daily lives, we can get stuck in our head, we overthink everything and struggle to be present with our sensations and emotions. When this happens we need to reconnect our body with our mind.
When we get out of our head and into our body we shift focus from the busy mind to the physical body. Yoga can help us by bringing the focus into the present moment and into the sensations within our body. By simply experiencing our bodily sensations, we lessen unproductive thinking and bring about more calmness.
