SOMATIC YOGA ONLINE WORKSHOP -BEING IN OUR BODY
Online Somatic Yoga Workshop from the magic of Zoom. All sessions will be recorded which you can keep for a month. Will run for three Monday evenings 7pm - 8pm, would love you to join us.

Join Ann for three somatic online yoga session on Zoom where we will explore shifting our focus from our internal world of thoughts to the physical world of the here and now. By stepping out of the busyness of our minds we can open ourselves up to fully experience the present moment, through redirecting our attention to our body, our physical sensations and the world around us.
At times instead of being present in the moment and mindful about our daily lives, we can get stuck in our head, we overthink everything and struggle to be present with our sensations and emotions. When this happens we need to reconnect our body with our mind. Yoga can help us by bringing the focus into the present moment and into the sensations within our body. By simply experiencing our bodily sensations, we lessen unproductive thinking and bring about more calmness.
Sessions will include a short talk, pranayama, deep meditative relaxation and gentle slow asanas that will give you time to drop your awareness into your body, to feel the sensation in your body and to breathe fully. You will have the opportunity at the end of the sessions to give feedback if you wish.
This yoga is accessible to all adult ages of moderate health.
Cost £30 for all 3 sessions or £12 per session
