ONLINE SOMATIC YOGA & RESILIENCE COURSE - MOVING INTO SOFTNESS
Join Ann for three Yoga & Resilience practice sessions on Zoom where you will be invited to deeply feel the sensations within and around your body.
We will practice 'The Wheel of Life' which is a flow of movements that begin with standing moving into squatting, kneeling and lying. These movements priorities the intelligence of the body over that of mind and are an invitation to wholeness.
The wave like movements within this practice, allow muscles to soften gradually and without force, their rhythmic nature soothes and calms the mind allowing the mind to quieten into your ability to feel.
Sessions will be purely practice with the opportunity to ask any questions at the end of the hour sessions if you wish.

Monday 27th January 7pm - 8pm
Monday 3rd February 7pm - 8pm
All sessions will be recorded and you will have the recordings for one month.
This yoga is accessible to all adult ages of moderate health.
Cost £33 for all 3 sessions or £13 per session
