‘Organic Eye’ was a public art project which involved placing small camera obscuras in public/community spaces in Wales, in the hope that people would discover and interact with the cameras, giving them the opportunity to take time to slow down and experience the world in a different way.

Each of the origami camera obscura’s were biodegradable and it was interesting to see how people interacted with them. None were taken away, so eventually they began to rot and became part of the forest and gardens as they were reclaimed by nature.
