My two passions are Yoga & Art and they merge together beautifully.

My practice & teaching of Yoga & Art has arisen from an ongoing investigation into the interrelationship between our bodies, nature, and the rest of the world. I believe we are deeply interconnected to each other and with every other form of life.

The yoga practice I share is a somatic practice, which is a sensory practice. The key to sensitivity is slow soft movements within our whole body that are felt and supported. The term somatic means embodied, its about mind/body integration we can’t have the one without the other and it is an incredible subtle wonderful way of being with our whole body with our feelings, sensing and thinking.

Art can be yoga coming off the mat where we can play, explore, experiment and create through entering an enjoyable space where you are invited to be present moment to moment.
